How it works
There are multiple heats a day in the week of 10-14 June between 9Am and 8PM where we will welcome you in sessions of 2 hours for the sim racing event. During these heats, we combine software development related content with networking and adrenaline. You can’t miss this!

Choose a 2-hour timeslot: After we confirm your participation, you’ll receive a schedule of the available heats (2 hour blocks) in which you can book the timeslot in the week of 10-14 June that suits you best. Even better if you also bring a colleague!
Fast round in race karts: Are you one of the fastest 50 teams in the sim racing rounds? Then you’ll go through to the race karting round with top speeds of up to 120 km/h. This event on 10/11 July at circuit ‘De Landsard’ in Eindhoven consists of multiple heats in which you can book a 2 hour timeslot.
Prize for the top 3 teams: the 3 winning teams will enjoy an entirely catered for weekend full of adrenaline at the Belgian Grand Prix!

Choose a 2-hour timeslot in the week of 10-14 June
After we confirm your participation to this experience, you’ll receive a schedule of the sim-racing network event in the week of 10-14 June. There are 2 hour timeslot every day from 9Am until 8PM. Reserve the session that suits you best as soon as possible.

Be the fastest on the circuit
Do you end up in the top 50 in the sim race rounds? Then you’ll go through to the next rounds on 10 or 11 July in Eindhoven. Are you finishing in the top 3 in race karts? Then you get to go to the GP in Spa (26-28 July). Are you not available on the dates of round 2? No problem. You can still participate in round 1.

Sim racing
From Monday 10 to Friday 14 June, NetRom headquarters in Utrecht will be converted into a virtual circuit. Get into a racing simulator with a colleague and beat the other teams. This round takes 2 hours. Of the 150 qualifiers on the starting grid, 50 remain for the next round.

50 driving teams will start on the karting circuit of Eindhoven on July 10 and 11. At speeds of up to 120km/h, you’ll race against the other product leaders. Cross the finish line in the top 3, and you got yourself a spot on the podium.

The three fastest teams win a race weekend during the Formula 1/2 Grand Prix on the Spa-Francorchamps circuit in Belgium from the 26 to 28 July.
Travel & Hotel
Arrive in Spa using your own transportation, parking spots at the circuit are reserved. Arrival in hotel on Fri 26 and check-out on Sun 28 (2 nights). Incl. diner on Saturday evening.
